• 95.8% of our patients felt the overall presentation of their room was good, very good or excellent.
• In room entertainment was rated as good, very good or excellent by 84.5% of patients.
• 86.3% of patients were satisfied or very satisfied with the control of their pain.

It’s not just patient comfort that’s important; we feel it’s important to make sure that patients’ families are made to feel comfortable as well and we’re proud to say that more than 95% of our patients said the care for their visitors was good, very good or excellent.
